Marta — First Model Tests

Marta’s first model tests were created without elaborate sets or excessive styling. A grey backdrop, soft light, lace textures, and three distinct moods: composure, softness, and confidence.

In model tests, clothing and dramatic poses matter less than how someone inhabits the frame. Marta quickly found her own rhythm: a precise gaze, a clean shoulder line, and calm, natural expression. The result works both as a portfolio for an emerging model and as a self-contained study of presence in front of the camera.

The series was photographed in colour and black and white to reveal two sides of the same image. Colour retains the warmth of skin, blue denim, and the subtle details of jewellery. Black and white brings attention to light, silhouette, and fabric texture. Together, the photographs give an agency or brand a clear sense of Marta’s look, range, and presence on camera.
